Brexit update 11th January 2021
From 1st of January 2021, as UK left the EU, the extra procedure is required at the UK border. Consequently, we cannot confirm an exact delivery time for parcels to the EU countries at this moment.
In addition to the delays, please note that Brexit means the orders may be subject to import duties to the EU countries. You will be responsible to pay any due taxes to receive your orders.
We are working hard with our shipping partners to find the best possible solution for us to minimise the impact of this change.

Returning items
If you're not happy with your purchase and wish to return your item for a refund or exchange, you are welcome to return any item for any reason as long as it's in perfect condition.
Please notify us by email within 14 days of receipt of your purchase.
We are unable to accept any return or exchanges without the original proof of purchase.
Return postage is at your expense.
Please send the items to the address below and enclose a note quoting your order number and specifying, with as much detail as possible, which items you require in exchange.
