Takako Copeland

Takako is an illustrator and printmaker, produces prints and luxurious paper stationery. Hand printed one by one with letterpress machine from studio in East London. She is committed to use resources responsibly. Keeping environmental impact to a minimum by offering responsible yet enriching consumption. She also produces art prints of her illustrations, hand painted ceramic cups, collaborating with a local potter. She enjoys producing variety of items by applying her vibrant and playful illustrations.

Takako Copeland はロンドンで活版印刷を使った版画作品やグリーティングカードなどを制作しています。リノ版を使い、版ごとに色を重ねる方法で日常的なオブジェクトやリピートパターンなど色と形にフォーカスしています。その他、自身のイラストをRISO印刷したアートプリントや陶芸家とコラボしたセラミックのカップなどイラストを生かした商品を幅広く製作しています。
