Japanese Graded Readers（にほんご よむよむ文庫）meet the need of the learners of Japanese who want to learn and enjoy reading/listening in Japanese. Each reader is written and edited with care to every detail so you can enjoy reading and absorb tons of Japanese without a dictionary.

‘Tadoku’ simply means reading a lot of easy and interesting books at your own pace. Just follow the four rules to thoroughly enjoy reading in Japanese:

1. Start from scratch  2. Don’t use a dictionary  3. Skip over difficult words, phrases and passages.  4. When the going gets tough, quit reading and pick up a new book.

Starter level with approx.400 characters per book using a vocabulary of around 350 words and です and ます endings in the main. Printed from left to right for starting beginners instead of top to bottom. Look carefully at the pictures and illustrations and the story will become self evident.
